Jack took my call immediately and confirmed while I was on the phone for Will to come out there and then to assist without delay, Will was such a lovely person to deal with, great customer service with him even calling me to also confirm he was on his way and would be there in 10 mins! I was so stressed out in the heat of the day whilst being stuck in a really awkward cul-de-sac blocking access to someone’s house. Will was so quick to get there, very professional, really jovial and just a genuinely friendly person to deal with, and extremely reasonably priced considering the timing and the tow truck requirements to be able to handle my heavy work van. I have had terrible experiences with tow trucks in the past with other companies and I can honestly say these guys are a cut above the rest!! I will be saving their details for any future needs, and I highly recommend them if you are stuck and need a tow!! Especially if you are a woman like me wanting a company who will help rather than rip you off as they give you the price before proceeding.
